Health & Wellness

As well as a menu providing clean, healthy food with protein filled banana pancakes and shakes for breakfast, we have a well equipped covered, open air gym overlooking the lower garden and rice paddy fields.

Exercise Bike 

 

The space can also be used for yoga and personal training.

 

Aqua Aerobics also takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning in the pool starting at 9am. A great way to start the day, with a low impact exercise from the infamous Mr Motivator of south Sri Lanka!

We purchase daily to ensure fresh quality produce, and with everything made by our in house team we pride ourselves on a ‘can do’ approach to our hospitality.
